What happens after deletion?

We would like to clarify: if you choose the "Data deletion" option, all previous design documentation, consultation notes, and communication history will be permanently deleted from our system. This means that in the case of a future project, we will need to start from scratch.

We only request data that is essential for our creative collaboration:

  • Property data: Floor plans, photographs, and on-site surveys essential for design.
  • Style preferences: So we can create spaces that truly reflect you and are designed for you.

2. Who has access to your data?

Your data remains with us. We only share information with external partners (e.g., carpenters or suppliers) when and to the extent strictly necessary for project implementation. We never sell your data to third parties.

3. Digital Security at 2026 Standards

Our systems are protected by the most advanced 2026 end-to-end encryption technologies. Visualizations and documents relating to your property are stored in a closed system.

4. How long do we retain your data?

By default, materials are stored for five (5) years following project completion (for warranty and potential future renovation purposes). However, you may request earlier deletion at any time.
